i believe the chefs- nay, SCHOLARS at drafthaus have perfected the frozen pizza. If the 9 ball is the yin then the five meat mash is the yang. This pie perfectly balances the crunch of the crust and the softness of the cheese. the meats were PERFECT and didn’t overpower each other or the cheese. The crust was so fucking perfect it could hold its own weight even under the mound of meat and yet still had the perfect level of crunch: not too brittle but not too soft either. this is a near flawless pizza and frankly i don’t even care about its price tag because im willing to pay a couple dollars more for this absolute masterpiece of a pizza. An all timer without a doubt.
